Care. Connect. Conserve.
Join a group of Earth-minded neighbors committed to sustainability in Roselle.
We care about community.
We are committed to harnessing the power of passion and strength in numbers to drive local sustainability and environmental progress through dynamic events and campaigns. By fostering care and connection within our community, we aim to create meaningful and enduring change toward a greener future.
We love meaningful action.
Over the last 2 years, we've hosted several local clean ups, including Adopt-a-Highway events on a 2.5-mile stretch of Irving Park Road. We've recycled plastic film, holiday lights, and collaborated with the Village of Roselle on its annual non-curbside recycling event - Roselle Recycles. We diverted books from landfills, co-sponsored a Composting 101 event, and promoted rain barrels & sustainable landscaping. More recently, we held our first Green Roselle Market and brought together hundreds of neighbors and local vendors incorporating sustainable practices.
We're all about sharing ideas!
We want to hear from you! 😀 Share your thoughts on which environmental initiatives you'd like to see in Roselle and its surrounding communities. Tell us how you'd like to help!
We meet every second Tuesday of the month from 6-7 PM at 40 S Prospect St or virtually on Google Meet (check site & socials for details). The first half of the meeting is housekeeping and the second half is a roundtable discussion. New members are always welcome.
